MY STORY
Anastasia Elektra is a New York–based talent professional working across representation, casting, creator partnerships, and cultural research.
Her experience spans model and creator management, international scouting, talent development, high-volume bookings, and creative production. Across each area, her approach centers on identifying emerging talent, understanding what makes them culturally relevant, and positioning them for the right clients and opportunities.
With a BFA in Fashion Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a background in photography and visual development, Anastasia combines a strong creative eye with the operational understanding required to move talent from discovery and development through positioning and execution.

My approach to talent is rooted in professionalism, intention, and long-term development. I believe representing talent means understanding not only how they look or perform, but who they are, what makes their perspective distinctive, and how they should be positioned within the larger creative landscape. When introducing talent to editors and creative partners, I approach each opportunity strategically—researching the publication, identifying the right editorial angle, preparing strong visual and written materials, and communicating clearly throughout the process. I aim to present talent in a way that is polished, authentic, and appropriate for both their individual identity and the publication’s audience.
